Aldermore strengthens ABL team with BDM appointment

Aldermore has appointed Joshua Owens (pictured) as business development manager (BDM) in its asset based lending (ABL) team to boost its specialist funding for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with complex financing needs.

Owens joins from Investec Capital Solutions, where he spent nearly five years as regional sales director, helping businesses access working capital and growth finance.
Before Investec, Owens worked at Bibby Financial Services in several business development roles, gaining experience in invoice finance, asset based lending, recruitment finance, construction finance and trade finance.
Owens said: “I’m delighted to join Aldermore as it continues to invest in and expand its Asset Based Lending proposition.
