Simon Walton, operations director and co-founder at BrokerSync, said: “Picking the right partners for our brand has been crucial, and Acre fits the bill.
“Using our internal sales understanding, coupled with broker led feedback helps us use Acre to its fullest potential.
“Compliance is exceptionally important, but shouldn’t be the lead on a CRM system designed for an enhanced transparent client experience and journey.”
Walton added: “Our AR population, some who’ve used Acre before, are delighted that they now have a voice!”
Josh Skelding, chief commercial officer at Acre, said: “Networks are increasingly recognising that technology is central to supporting their advisors’ growth, and BrokerSync is a great example of that acknowledgement in action.
“Our data-centric approach and user-led design allow networks, like BrokerSync, to offer a fast, seamless and consistent case journey that means brokers can better serve their clients and grow their business.”
