CBRE UK expands debt and structured finance team
George Peake and Joshua Mailling join as directors, while Stephen Barr has been promoted to head of UK debt and structured finance.
CBRE has strengthened its UK debt and structured finance team with two new directors and a promotion.
George Peake and Joshua Mailling have joined as directors.
Peake joins from Barclays after nearly six years in real estate finance.
Mailling joins from OakNorth, where he spent almost seven years in the debt finance team.
Stephen Barr has been promoted to head of UK debt and structured finance.
Barr joined CBRE in 2020 and has advised on acquisition, refinancing and restructuring mandates for family offices, institutional investors and private equity clients.
