Knowledge Bank powers top three criteria sourcing platforms

Air Sourcing topped the criteria sourcing category with a Broker Experience Index of 74.5, followed by Iress with 72.2 and Knowledge Bank’s own platform with 72.1.
The criteria sourcing capabilities offered through Air Sourcing and Iress are both powered by Knowledge Bank’s API technology, meaning its criteria data sits behind each of the three highest-rated providers in the category.
The study found that 69.9% of brokers use an external criteria sourcing provider. The category recorded an overall Broker Experience Index of 70.4 and a positive Net Promoter Score of +21.3.
Knowledge Bank said the results demonstrated the reach of its technology beyond its own broker-facing platform. Its criteria is also available through One Mortgage System, which topped the study’s CRM rankings with a Broker Experience Index of 67.0.
The company’s technology is used across product sourcing platforms, CRM systems and lenders’ own websites. Knowledge Bank also provides standalone criteria websites that allow lenders to publish their policies directly to brokers.
The company said these integrations give brokers access to consistent criteria information across different stages of the research and case placement process.
