Landbay cuts BTL rates by up to 0.35%, expands specialist range
The lender has launched eight new Specialist products, expanding its 65% LTV offering.
Landbay has cut rates by up to 0.35% across its Premier, Core and Specialist buy-to-let ranges, with rates now starting from 3.44%.
The lender has also launched eight new Specialist products, expanding its 65% LTV offering across its Small HMO and MUFB ranges, and widened its Tier 2 criteria to provide greater flexibility for landlords with minor credit blips.
Within the Premier range, 15 2-year fixed 75% LTV products, including Product Transfer and AVM options, have been reduced by 0.15%, with rates now starting from 3.44%.
A further 19 5-year fixed 75% LTV products have been cut by 0.05%, with rates starting from 4.69%.
Small HMO two and 5-year fixed products have been reduced by up to 0.15%, while Assisted Legals 5-year fixes have been cut by 0.07%.
Across Landbay’s Core range, 2- and 5-year fixed products have been reduced by up to 0.35%. 2-year rates now start from 4.29%, while 5-year rates start from 5.04%.
Specialist Small HMO and MUFB rates have also been reduced by up to 0.35%, with 2-year fixes starting from 4.64% and 5-year fixes from 5.69%.
Holiday Let products have been cut by up to 0.25%, while Trading Company products have been reduced by up to 0.15%.
