Morpheus Lending completes first revolving credit facility since product launch
The deal included an initial day-one drawdown of £1.5m for an experienced landlord with a mixed portfolio of unencumbered residential and commercial assets.

Morpheus Lending has completed its first revolving credit facility (RCF) since launching the new product.
The deal included an initial day-one drawdown of £1.5m for an experienced landlord with a mixed portfolio of unencumbered residential and commercial assets.
Morpheus Lending used its automated valuation model technology to value the majority of the portfolio, which allowed for a smooth and fast completion.
Matt Mawdesley (pictured), CEO and founder at Morpheus Lending, said: “We built this product for instances exactly like this – to provide quick and commercially structured facilities to unlock wider portfolio value.
“With another two already in legals at the minute, it’s clear the market has reacted positively to the new Morpheus RCF.”
