The lender has also re-launched its fee-assisted interest-only mortgages and reduced rates across selected 1-year self-employed products.
Newcastle for Intermediaries has expanded its mortgage range with new and returning products across residential, self-employed, interest-only and Joint Mortgage Sole Proprietor (JMSP) lending.
The changes include the return of the lender’s standard residential mortgages at 90% loan-to-value (LTV), while its Enhanced Plus range has been expanded to include products at 65% LTV.
Newcastle has also re-launched its fee-assisted interest-only mortgages and reduced rates across selected 1-year self-employed products.
Its JMSP range has been expanded with 80% and 90% LTV options, providing further choice for borrowers using family support to access homeownership.
The lender has also re-launched its 5-year New Build mortgage range, with products available up to 95% LTV.
Francesco di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said: “We’re continually reviewing our intermediary proposition to ensure we’re providing brokers with the products and flexibility they need to support their clients in an evolving market.
“These latest enhancements provide greater choice across a range of borrowing scenarios, while reinforcing our ambition to be a trusted, relationship-led lending partner to intermediaries across the UK.”
