Persimmon Homes Central has received planning approval to build 18 extra homes at Tame Bridge View in Wednesbury.
The new energy-efficient properties will range from one to three bedrooms and extend the existing 105-home development.
Four of the new homes will be delivered as affordable rent, Shared Ownership and discounted market sale properties to help meet local demand.
