Prestige Underwriting joins Source landlord insurance panel

Prestige Underwriting has joined the Source Insurance Landlord panel as the first underwriter of its Residential Landlord Insurance product.
The partnership will give mortgage and insurance advisers access to the product as landlords prepare for changes under the Renters’ Rights Act.
The Residential Landlord Insurance product includes Legal Expenses cover as standard, with Rent Guarantee available as an optional add-on.
Prestige Underwriting already works with Source through its Household Insurance panel, which it joined in November 2023.
