Scottish Borders Housing Association appoints Natalie McKail as COO
McKail will join on 24th August 2026, bringing more than 25 years of senior leadership experience to the role.
Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) has appointed Natalie McKail (pictured) as chief operating officer (COO).
McKail will join on 24th August 2026, bringing more than 25 years of senior leadership experience from local and central Government, the regulated private sector and the third sector in Scotland.
Her experience includes leading housing and neighbourhood services, service improvement, governance, risk management and organisational change.
McKail said: “I am excited to be joining SBHA and look forward to working with tenants, communities, colleagues and partners across the Scottish Borders.
“SBHA has a strong reputation, clear values and ambitious plans for the future.
“I look forward to helping build on its achievements and contributing to the continued delivery of high-quality homes and services that make a real difference to tenants and communities.”
