Skipton International has launched Limited Company Lending for eligible expat and international property investors buying or refinancing UK buy-to-let (BTL) property through a limited company.

Key criteria include 65% loan-to-value (LTV), a minimum loan size of £200,000, application fee of £4,999, a maximum of two directors or shareholders, pure special purpose vehicle (SPV) only (not trading companies), and companies must be UK, Guernsey or Jersey incorporated.

Only non-UK resident directors are eligible, with EU resident directors accepted for Limited Company BTL.

Lucy Lewis (pictured), senior manager, mortgage sales at Skipton International, said: “The Buy-to-Let market has changed, with limited company structures now a much more common route for landlords and investors.
