Vistry submits plans for 534-home development in Bromborough
The plans cover a 35-acre brownfield site and include 424 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as an extra care facility with 110 apartments.
Vistry has submitted a Reserved Matters planning application for a 534-home development in Bromborough, Wirral.
The plans cover a 35-acre brownfield site and include 424 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as an extra care facility with 110 apartments.
The proposals include new public open space, play areas, biodiversity measures and financial contributions to local services.
At least half the homes will be affordable housing, delivered in partnership with registered provider partners.
The rest will be for private sale through Linden Homes and Bovis Homes.
Vistry intends to use its Partnerships model to support delivery, subject to planning approval.

“The proposals would deliver a diverse mix of homes, including extra care accommodation, alongside new public open space, improved access to the River Mersey frontage and enhanced connectivity through a new bus route and the extension of the Wirral Circular Trail.”
