West Brom Building Society launches new branch uniform for employees
The new range was developed following feedback from colleagues and customers and is designed to provide greater comfort, while creating a more consistent in-branch experience.

West Brom Building Society has introduced a new uniform for employees across its 34-branch network as part of its wider investment in staff, branches and local communities.
The new range was developed following feedback from colleagues and customers and is designed to provide greater comfort, while creating a more consistent in-branch experience.
It includes smart polo shirts, branded knitwear, open-collar shirts and blouses, as well as chinos, tailored trousers, skirts and dresses.
Soft-structured blazers, cardigans and lightweight jackets have also been introduced to provide additional options throughout the year.
The society said inclusivity was a key focus of the redesign, with colleagues able to choose from a wider range of styles and fits to better suit individual needs.
Shaine Jones, head of branches at West Brom Building Society, said: “We’ve listened closely to feedback from our branch teams throughout the process, and their views have helped shape the final range.
“The new uniform gives colleagues more choice and flexibility, creating a modern and inclusive range that supports different styles, preferences and ways of working.
“Over recent years, we’ve refreshed our brand and invested in community spaces across our network. Introducing a new uniform was a natural next step in ensuring every part of the branch experience reflects who we are as a modern mutual.
“Our colleagues are at the heart of what we do, and it’s important they feel comfortable, confident and able to be themselves while representing the West Brom in our branches and communities.”
