West One strengthens short-term sales team with four appointments
Niamh Downey, Lux Mathiy, Vijay Varu and Hanz Rameez have joined.
West One has added four new members to its short-term division sales team after a strong year for its bridging loan proposition.
The new hires are Niamh Downey as head of internal sales, Lux Mathiy as telephone business development manager (BDM), Vijay Varu as business development executive covering east London and Essex, and Hanz Rameez as telephone business development executive for the North and Scotland.
The expanded sales team will support brokers and intermediaries in accessing specialist short-term funding solutions for a wider range of client needs.

“Bringing in talented people like this is another step towards growth as we look to build the industry’s strongest sales team.”
