Castle Property Group to open Newcastle office as part of expansion
The property company, which includes We Buy Any Home and Sold.co.uk, has selected Newcastle as its northern base alongside its existing central London office.
Castle Property Group is opening a new office in Newcastle as it expands its operations in the North of England.
The property company, which includes We Buy Any Home and Sold.co.uk, has selected Newcastle as its northern base alongside its existing central London office.
Castle Property Group has bought and sold more than 7,000 homes and traded in excess of £1bn in property since it was established 16 years ago.
The new office will be based at Wizu Workspace in Newcastle city centre, with a sales team due to begin operating from the site in early October.

As part of the expansion, Castle Property Group has appointed Marc Tolley as chief revenue officer, with responsibility for sales across both London and Newcastle and the group’s overall revenue.
Tolley previously spent seven years at The Instant Group and one year at IWG following a merger, where he worked on sales and commercial enablement.
He said: “Joining Castle Property Group at this stage of its growth is an exciting opportunity. The plans for expansion reflect the ambition that’s felt across the business.
“Building a strong sales function starts with the right team and we’ve got an excellent one raring to go in the Newcastle office.
“This next phase is all about building on Castle Property Group’s legacy and I’m honoured to be a part of that.”
Abbie Callaghan, regional sales manager, will manage the Newcastle team and work alongside Tolley.
