Durden & Hunt acquires Diggins & Co

Durden & Hunt has acquired Diggins & Co as part of its expansion across South Essex.
The deal brings Diggins & Co’s operations in Rochford and Rayleigh into Durden & Hunt’s network.
South Essex operations will be managed from Durden & Hunt’s Broadway West branch in Leigh-on-Sea.
Darren Diggins, founder of Diggins & Co, will remain with the business as a consultant.

Properties previously marketed by Diggins & Co will be relisted on Durden & Hunt’s website and major property portals.

The acquisition expands Durden & Hunt’s coverage across Rayleigh, Rochford, Hockley and the wider South Essex market.
It also plans to increase its presence in Ibiza and open a branch in Stoke Newington, London.
