Elite Realty Invest appoints director of operations
In her new role, Jennifer Lawler will oversee management and operational coordination across the business.

Property investment agency Elite Realty Invest has appointed Jennifer Lawler (pictured) as its first director of operations.
She has worked at Elite for more than three and a half years, previously serving as associate director and sales director.
Before joining Elite, Lawler worked in property investment and commercial management.
She was also global partnership manager at developer Salboy, where she managed agents, partners and the rollout of developments.
In her new role, Lawler will oversee management and operational coordination across the business.
Lawler said: “It’s such an exciting time to take on this new role.
“The property market is at somewhat of a crossroads right now, particularly as we await the first Budget from the new Government.
“We’re seeing consolidation, increased institutional investor interest, and evolving regulatory frameworks that reward businesses with robust procedural infrastructure.”
Lawler added: “This market requires operational maturity, which will be key to growing organically.
“My vision is to create an operational structure that matches Elite’s commercial ambitions.
“Every department needs to be aligned, we need world-class processes, and we need the people and systems in place to deliver our five and ten-year plans without compromise.”
Darren Gallagher, chief executive officer at Elite Realty Invest, said: “Having the right leadership at board level has become essential to ensure we maintain the highest standards, while building a team that can help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
“Jennifer has already had a huge impact on this business.
“She understands both commercial and operational challenges, and how to bring people together across the company in ways that drive real results.”
Gallagher added: “She’s a leader with genuine strategic insight and the right person to ensure we have the engine and the infrastructure needed to achieve our growth ambitions.”
