Imperial Blue Finance completes £22.2m in development funding across three schemes
The funding will support three residential projects in Hampshire, the South West and the East Midlands.
Imperial Blue Finance has completed three senior development finance facilities totalling £22.2m.
The funding will support three residential projects in Hampshire, the South West and the East Midlands.
The schemes will deliver more than 70 homes, including affordable housing.
Three separate developers will deliver the projects, with each scheme intended to meet local housing demand.
A spokesperson for Imperial Blue Finance said: “We’re delighted to have completed these three development facilities, supporting the delivery of more than 70 new homes across three different regions, as well as local employment.
