Elise Coole (pictured), managing director at Keystone Property Finance, said: “Landlords’ circumstances and borrowing needs can vary considerably.
“That’s why it’s important that brokers have a broad range of options available when looking for the right solution for their clients.
“These latest reductions give brokers more competitively priced options across both two- and five-year fixed rates, while also maintaining a choice of different fee structures to suit different cases.”
Coole added: “We always review our range closely and make changes where we can.
“That ensures brokers have both the choice and the flexibility they need when supporting their clients – something we know they expect and value from Keystone.”
