Leek has also launched new products featuring no-fee options and £400 cashback incentives.
Nikki Warren-Dean, head of intermediaries at Leek Building Society, said: “We know brokers are operating in a market where mortgage pricing can change quickly, so we wanted to take the opportunity to reduce rates across our Holiday Let and Limited Company BTL ranges.
“While we’re seeing some mortgage rates move higher across the wider market, we’re reducing ours and giving brokers more choice at the same time, including new no-fee and cashback products.”
Warren-Dean added: “For us, it’s about more than just the rate. Retaining our title as Best Specialist Mortgage Provider for the third consecutive year at the 2026 British Bank Awards highlights our dedication to providing brokers with a range of options, alongside the manual underwriting and flexible service they need when dealing with complex landlord cases.”
