Monicio launches AI-powered CRM for mortgage advisers

Monicio has launched an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed specifically for mortgage firms, brokers and advisers.
The platform has been developed to reduce the amount of time advisers spend on administration by bringing more of the mortgage process into a single environment.
Monicio uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to support tasks including document review, fact-find completion, document chasing and case management.
It is designed to support advisers from the early stages of a client relationship through to mortgage application and case progression.
Other features include AI-powered document analysis, pre-filled fact finds, centralised case management and streamlined application workflows.
Ifthikar Mohamed (pictured), director of Mortgage AI Toolkit, said: “Mortgage advisers are surrounded by technology, but that does not necessarily mean their working day has become easier.
“The problem is that so many of these systems sit separately. Advisers are constantly moving between platforms, transferring information and repeating work.
“We wanted to build something different. Monicio is not just about creating another CRM.
“We are building an ecosystem where the technologies advisers use can work together and where AI can take on more of the repetitive administration happening around the advice process.”
The platform can integrate with other technologies within the Mortgage AI Toolkit ecosystem, including Collibry and DealStream.
Mohamed added: “The adviser should remain at the centre of the client relationship and the advice.
“Technology should take care of more of everything happening around them.
“That is ultimately what we want Monicio to achieve.”
