Mortgage Brain integrates Paymentshield into CRM Brain

Mortgage Brain has integrated Paymentshield into its CRM Brain platform, allowing brokers to offer clients a home insurance quote as part of the mortgage application process.
Once a mortgage application has been submitted through CRM Brain, brokers will be prompted to ask clients whether they would like help arranging home insurance.
The integration uses Paymentshield’s API capabilities to automatically transfer customer data already captured within CRM Brain.
This means brokers can arrange home insurance without logging into a separate system or manually re-entering client information.
Neil Wyatt (pictured), chief commercial officer at Mortgage Brain, said: “Adding Paymentshield to CRM Brain is another step in our ongoing programme of updates, and it directly reflects what brokers have told us they need.
“By bringing home insurance quoting and referral into the platform, brokers can support clients at the point it matters most, without ever leaving the system they’re already working in.
“It’s a quicker journey for brokers, a smoother experience for their clients, and a new revenue opportunity too.
“We’ll keep working with our partners to find more ways to bring this kind of integration and automation across CRM Brain.”
Nasar Hussain, associate director intermediated household at Paymentshield, added: “This integration is a positive step in helping brokers access home insurance quoting more easily within their existing workflow.
“By bringing together CRM Brain and Paymentshield, we’re helping to simplify the process for advisers and support a smoother experience for their clients.”
