RYSE Finance completes bridging loan on three Shoreditch offices
The lender said the funding allowed the borrower to act on a time-sensitive property deal.

RYSE Finance has completed a bridging loan secured against three office units in Shoreditch.
The lender said the funding allowed the borrower to act on a time-sensitive property deal.
Orwins, formerly BBS Law, handled the legal work through Harry Wilshaw and Avi Barr.
James Cohen of Grant Stanley Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants assisted with the valuation.
Joel Zimmer, director at RYSE Finance Ltd, said: “Deals like this are a reminder that strong fundamentals (location, unit quality, tenant appeal) still attract capital quickly, provided the funding can move at the same pace as the opportunity.
“Cases like this are exactly where bridging comes in, giving borrowers the speed and certainty to act decisively on assets that won’t sit on the market for long.”
