Together is set to host a webinar for brokers exploring changing landlord trends and portfolio lending strategies on Friday 11th September.
The hour-long event will examine developments in the buy-to-let (BTL) market, including rising costs, regulation and changing landlord priorities.
Michelle Walsh, intermediary sales director at Together, will host the webinar alongside Steven Bletsoe, head of regional business at the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA), and Bradley Wolstenholme, underwriting relationship manager at Together.
The panel will discuss how portfolio landlords are responding to current market conditions, challenges affecting investment decisions and emerging opportunities for growth and diversification.
Walsh said: “The Renters’ Rights Act is the latest piece of legislation for landlord clients to get their heads around, and it comes after a raft of changes over the past few years which have fundamentally changed the shape of the rental market.
