Word On The Street has launched a broker community to help self-employed specialist brokers write more business and manage cases.

The Word On The Street Broker Community will provide brokers with operational infrastructure, industry expertise and administrative support.

It is open to existing self-employed specialist brokers and those planning to move into self-employment.

Members will operate independently while using the brokerage’s case management support, processes, lender network and technology.

The service will also provide access to industry specialists, partners and tools aimed at improving communication and transaction management.

The community will operate as an operational and support service rather than a standalone technology product.

Michael Street, founding partner at Word On The Street, said: “We’ve built the Word On The Street Broker Community around a simple belief: brokers should spend more time writing business and less time managing administration.

“Having invested heavily in our people, processes, and technology, we’re now in a position to help other brokers increase capacity, improve client experience, and grow their revenue.

“We’re excited to bring together a community of like-minded professionals and support them in taking their businesses to the next level.”
