Zita Latham Mortgages plans to expand its team from five to seven and continue growing its work in specialist mortgage markets.
Zita Latham Mortgages marked five years in business after growing from a one-person brokerage into a team of five.
Zita Latham (pictured) founded the brokerage after taking a career break to have twins, following previous roles at Barclays and Nationwide.
Over the five years, the firm has built a presence in the foreign nationals mortgage market and supported applicants with non-standard lending circumstances.
The brokerage also received several industry award nominations and wins.
The firm also launched a client-facing mobile app to help customers manage their mortgage journey.
