Lync Wealth Management acquires TKV Financial Management
TKV is a financial planning firm based in Kingswinford, providing financial planning, retirement advice, pensions and investment services to clients across the West Midlands.

Lync Wealth Management has acquired TKV Financial Management, further strengthening its presence in the West Midlands and bringing its assets under advice (AuA) to around £200m in the region.
TKV is a financial planning firm based in Kingswinford, providing financial planning, retirement advice, pensions and investment services to clients across the West Midlands.
As part of the acquisition, TKV will transition to the Lync brand, while its existing advisers and support team will remain based at the firm’s Kingswinford office.
The deal follows Lync’s acquisition of fellow Kingswinford firm Hayden Kilkelly Independent Financial Advisers in June 2026, as well as the recent acquisitions of Carleton Financial Planning and RJ Savage Asset Management in Belfast.
Lync, which is backed by its owner, an affiliate of the 7IM Group, now has 22 offices and 112 advisers, with approximately £4bn in AuA.
Tim Veiro, independent financial adviser and director at TKV, said:”This is an exciting next chapter for TKV and our clients.
“Finding a partner that shares our values and our client-first approach mattered enormously to us, and Lync gives us exactly that.
“Our clients will continue to work with the same trusted faces, from the same Kingswinford office, backed now by the resources and expertise of a national business.”
Agustin Fernandez (pictured), chief corporate development officer at 7IM and Lync, said: “We’re delighted to welcome TKV Financial Management to the Lync family.
“There’s a strong cultural and strategic fit between our businesses, both built on long-term client relationships and personalised advice, and we’re committed to supporting the Kingswinford team and their clients for years to come.
“This is another important step in building Lync’s presence in the West Midlands.
“It reflects our M&A strategy as we look for high-quality firms keen to accelerate their growth, and back them with the resources of Lync and 7IM’s private wealth capabilities, while protecting what makes them unique and valued by local clients.”
