Mark Curran has been permanently appointed customer banking director, having successfully led the function on an interim basis since December 2021.
Curran is responsible for TSB’s product propositions, distribution, business banking, commercial and marketing.
He has over 30 years’ experience in financial services. Most recently as business banking director, he oversaw TSB’s business banking transformation.
He joined TSB in 2019 as director of technology transformation and played a key role in moving control of TSB’s technology across to the bank.
He has held a number of senior executive roles in retail banking, across payments, IT, retail, digital and SME Banking at CYBG/Virgin Money, RBS/NatWest and Lloyds Banking Group.
TSB’s CEO, Robin Bulloch, said: “Mark brings significant experience across all areas of customer banking.
