Pivotal Growth swoops for The Buy to Let Broker

Pivotal Growth, the joint venture between LSL and Pollen Street Capital, has acquired The Buy to Let Broker.

This marks the fourth acquisition for Pivotal Growth which is aiming to “buy and build” a national mortgage brokerage.

The Buy to Let Broker was launched in 2013 by Matt Hardman and Matthew Rowne and is one of the largest specialist buy-to-let brokerages in the country.

The deal follows Pivotal Growth’s acquisitions of The Loan Partnership, Lifetime Finance Group and Grange Mortgage and Protection Services.

When Pivotal Growth completed its first acquisition it said at least £200m would be made available by way of equity and debt to fund further acquisitions.
