The Mortgage Lender (TML) has appointed Sara Palmer (pictured) as its head of distribution.
Palmer’s appointment comes during significant growth at TML and hers is one of a number of exciting hires as the lender moves into its next growth phase, following its acquisition by Shawbrook Bank earlier this year.
Palmer has spent the past 13 years at Santander where she has looked after key networks and distributors alongside managing and building key, strategic relationships. She also has valuable experience in fintech, having been seconded to Mortgage Engine – a multi-DiP platform that connects lenders to distributors and intermediaries using API technology.
Palmer joins TML in January 2022.
