Gatehouse Bank is the latest lender to temporarily withdraw its mortgage range in the face of “unprecedented level of demand”.
The Bank said it was withdrawing the products as of 17:00 today (August 16th)
An email sent to brokers sent read: “Over the past few weeks, we have seen an unprecedented level of demand for our Home Finance products.
“In light of this, we have taken the decision to temporarily withdraw all buy-to-let and home purchase plan finance products from sale at 5.00pm today.”
Valid decisions in principle can be submitted with a client signature until 11.59pm on August 25th.
