Sancus has expanded its business development team with the appointments of Barry Dillon (pictured right) who will cover the North of the UK and Tony Grillo (pictured left) who will cover the South.
The property bridging and development lender appointed Mel Fourie (head of sales, North) and Jaxon Stevens (head of sales, South) in October of this year, Dillon and Grillo will now join their respective teams based in Manchester and London.
Dillon’s career spans 17 years’ in commercial banking and property finance, which have seen him undertake roles across various specialisms in business development and property lending, with a specific background in bridging and development funding.
He has worked within mainstream and alternative lending and joins Sancus from the commercial finance brokerage Newable. He most recently held positions with Newable and Together.
Meanwhile, Grillo has over 20 years’ experience in sales and underwriting within the property finance markets, with a solid track record of achievement in financial service organisations and a proven ability to build, extract and deliver results through business development and account management.
Prior to joining Sancus, hewas at Positive Lending where he was the top performing regional account manager for six years.
