LMS, the conveyancer and panel management specialist, has partnered with Stafford Railway Building Society.
The Society will become the 33rd lender to join LMS Panel Link, as well as benefitting from Secure Link.
Launching on the 1st of November, Stafford Railway Building Society will have access to a fully vetted, secure panel of conveyancing firms provided through LMS’ unique Panel Link service, with each of the firms meeting the lender’s exact requirements.

The Society will also launch with LMS Secure Link, a service that enables law firms to request redemption statements in secure way to help speed up the conveyancing process for both purchase and remortgage transactions.
The service also speeds up the post-offer query process, with the platform providing immediate answers to 69% of FAQs from law firms, leaving the lender to focus on more complex queries that require manual review.
