Phil Rickards will be standing down as head of BM Solutions on 1st January 2023 after accepting the part-time role of chairperson at London and Country Mortgages, subject to FCA approval.
Rickards will continue to work within Lloyds Banking Group as part of the Sustainable Business team.
Leigh Church will deputise as Head of BM Solutions whilst a full recruitment process for the role is completed.
