As part of its commitment to supporting the local community Key Later Life Finance has agreed to increase its support and come on board as a foundation sponsor of The Fylde Rugby Community Foundation.
The Fylde Rugby Community Foundation is a long term initiative which is positively impacting the lives of numerous people in the local community.
The Foundation currently works with a diverse range of beneficiaries and with this support from Key Later Life Finance will be able to provide coaching and mentoring programmes to vulnerable young and underprivileged people in our local community, older and often socially isolated people and disabled participants.
Phill Mills, Foundation manager, said: “We would like to express our sincere thanks to Key Later Life Finance for agreeing to come on board as a Foundation Sponsor and supporting our various inclusive programmes to ensure that we can provide ‘rugby for all’.
“We have grown exponentially in the past two and a half years and are now able to help more of the community become more active through sport and rugby in particular and this can only be achieved through the backing of businesses like Key Later Life Finance.”
Simon Thompson, group chief executive at Key Group, added: “With so much going on in the world, the importance of bringing people together and helping them to grow in confidence through teamwork as well as building stronger communities should not be under-estimated.
“Therefore, as a business based in the North West, we are delighted to work with the Fylde Rugby Community Foundation to give more people the opportunity to benefit from the coaching and mentoring programmes they offer.”
