OMS integrates with Hometrack

One Mortgage System (OMS), the mortgage processing platform for brokers, has integrated with Hometrack to speed up the mortgage application journey for intermediaries.

The integration will allow all users of the OMS platform to benefit from Hometrack’s new Broker Automated Valuation Model (AVM), expediting the mortgage application process for brokers and applicants alike.

The Broker AVM has been designed to provide a fully optimised pre-application filter to enhance the adviser experience.

Neal Jannels (pictured), managing director of OMS, said: “This integration with Hometrack marks the next stage in our constant quest to add efficiency and functionality which enables OMS users to enhance the client experience at the same time as streamlining their own front and back-end processes.

“Collaborative approaches between leading tech providers remain the key to delivering the systems and solutions which can make a real difference for a range of borrowers and advisers.

“And we will continue to explore opportunities with like-minded partners moving forward.”

The solution also includes a range of property attributes from Hometrack’s vast data lake and ecosystem, which brings significant benefit to brokers by helping them to avoid the need to go through time-consuming questions with their clients.

Hometrack was founded in 1999 and made its name with its market-leading AVM.

It now delivers more than 50 million automated valuations and risk assessments each year.

Hometrack’s goal is to create a harmonious and transparent homebuying process for consumers, brokers and lenders delivering digital property journeys across the lifecycle.

George Robbins, VP commercial at Hometrack, added: “We’re thrilled to integrate with OMS and support their users through the demands of lender valuations.

“Our vision is to provide a fluid and transparent digitised homebuying and selling journey for brokers, lenders and consumers.

“OMS are a like-minded company, and we look forward to realising the full potential of this partnership.”
