Specialist lender Together has announced the promotion of three key executives to its executive team. Sarah Nield, Ryan Etchells, and Julie Twynholm will all take on new roles in the company’s leadership.
Nield will become the group chief compliance officer, with a focus on delivering the group’s strategy in the specialist lending market. She has been with Together for three years, holding two roles in risk during that time.
Etchells has been appointed as the chief commercial officer, responsible for driving the business’ commercial plan and developing strategies to ensure that Together delivers value for all of its stakeholders in a sustainable way.
He began his career at Together on the graduate scheme before gaining experience in banking and obtaining a Master’s degree in Banking. He returned to Together in 2021 to lead the product team.
While Twynholm has been promoted to group chief risk officer, with a focus on keeping the business safe during the challenging macroeconomic environment and the company’s transformation and modernisation efforts.
She joined Together 18 months ago, bringing a wealth of experience in financial services risk management.
