SortRefer has launched a new self-build product their latest, and 24th addition to their portfolio of products, all designed to benefit their intermediary clients.
The latest addition to their portfolio is designed to provide intermediary clients with bespoke conveyancing options for clients who want more control over building their own house to their wants and needs.
Supplied by Birchall Blackburn, SortRefer’s self-build product offers the crucial legal aspect of a self-build, which gives clients the opportunity to choose their own building process that suits their requirements. The new product is now available through their online portal.
The self-build product includes two options – self-build purchase for clients who do not already own the land in question, and self-build remortgage for clients who already own the land and need to remortgage.
The legal process involved in self-build is slightly more complex than traditional home buying or remortgaging, and SortRefer’s bespoke product offers another conveyancing option for their Intermediary clients and their end-clients’ needs.
Intermediaries can earn up to £300 with each self-build instruction put through their system.
