Twenty7tec, a mortgage technology provider, has added Tandem Bank to its SOURCE module.
This addition will provide advisers with access to a wider range of specialist mortgage products.
Tandem Bank, which launched its specialist residential product range in 2022, aims to become the UK’s leading greener digital bank. Tandem’s green mortgage products offer a reduction of up to 0.3% for new customers whose homes have an energy efficiency rating of A-C.
Users of SOURCE can now filter by ‘Green Products,’ with data from Twenty7tec showing that the number of times this filter has been applied when sourcing has increased by 280% since January 2022. This shows that the demand for green products is on the rise.
