John Charcol has partnered with specialist property finance comparison site Propp.io to expand its commercial mortgage offering.
Under the new agreement, John Charcol will refer commercial mortgage enquiries to Propp’s team via their comparison site.
This will allow the brokerage to provide clients with access to competitive commercial and business mortgage rates, including bridging and development finance, instantly online.
Propp’s team of specialist property finance experts will assess all commercial mortgage applications on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that clients receive the expert advice and support they need when obtaining specialist finance.
