OSB Group, comprising lending brands Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay, has revealed two senior management promotions aimed at bolstering support for intermediaries.
Effective from 1st April 2023, Emily Hollands will assume the newly created position of group head of distribution, while Marc Callaghan will become head of specialist finance.
In her new role, Hollands will focus on developing OSB’s distribution network, including corporate accounts and specialist distributors.
She will continue reporting to Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director, and collaborate with Simon Cockerill, group of head of intermediary sales development, to ensure that key relationships receive comprehensive support across the group.
As part of the broker support review, Callaghan has been promoted to head of specialist finance, succeeding Hollands.
With over 20 years of experience in buy-to-let, bridging, and commercial sectors, Callaghan is highly respected in the industry.
Moloney expressed his confidence in the promotions: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Emily and Marc for a number of years, and they have both proven to be outstanding professionals with the ability and drive to consistently deliver results, so I have no doubts they will continue to be successful in their new roles.”
Moloney added that Hollands’ new role would help strengthen key intermediary networks, a core business focus, while Callaghan’s expertise and experience would prove invaluable for bridging and commercial partnerships.
