HSBC UK has reduced the rates on over 120 mortgage products in its range of 2-, 3-, and 5-year fixes.
The rate cuts of up to 0.21% have been applied to all loan-to-values (LTVs). Existing customers can now take advantage of rate cuts, including a 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate with a £999 fee, which has been cut down by 0.05% to 3.84%, and a 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate with no fee, which is now down 0.05% to 3.94%.
The 75% LTV 2-year fixed rate, which comes with a £999 fee, is now down 0.05% to 4.24%. Home movers can now avail of the 90% LTV 2-year fixed rate, which comes with no fee and £250 cashback, down 0.10% to 5.19%.
The 85% LTV equivalent is now down 0.11% to 4.88%. Remortgage customers can enjoy the 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate with a £999 fee, which is now down 0.06% to 3.93%.
