TSB has announced a reduction in its residential and product transfer mortgage rates.
The bank has lowered the rates by 0.10% for its 2- and 5-year fixed remortgage with a £995 fee for up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) for its residential mortgages.
For its product transfer mortgages, TSB has also reduced the rates by 0.10% for its 2- and 5- year fixed with a £995 fee for up to 75% LTV.
Despite the Bank of England making the decision to increase interest rates numerous lenders have been cutting rates.
Over the past 24 hours both HSBC and Coventry for Intermediaries have announced rate cuts.
