Media-buying agency Cloth Court Communications Limited has become part of the WHJE Group, with WHJE acquiring a 60% stake in the specialist financial services agency.
Cathy Walker and Caroline Maidment will continue to be involved in the business as minority shareholders.
Cathy Walker, managing director of Cloth Court, expressed her enthusiasm for the new partnership, stating: “I am hugely excited by the opportunities this offers. As a company, we have plans for growth and are able to offer a wider range of services to our clients and bring an important additional service and a new potential to WHJE.”
Martin Wiggins, chief executive officer of WHJE, added: “Cloth Court brings a new bespoke service to our Group and an opportunity for both companies to meet the challenges and opportunities of a new media age together.
