Mortgage intermediary platform Acre has launched its best-in-class affordability and sourcing tools aimed at simplifying the mortgage journey for brokers and helping them secure the right outcomes for their clients.
The new technology offers brokers enhanced control, with features such as product previews with and without filters, single viewpoint comparisons, real-time lender affordability, and up-to-date product types.
In an industry first, Acre’s affordability functionality is integrated directly into the sourcing grid, streamlining the process for brokers.
