Mint Property Finance, a leading specialist finance lender, has announced the appointment of Steve Smith (pictured) as their new head of sales.
Smith brings over 24 years of property finance experience to the company, having started his career at the Bank of Scotland in 1997 and later specialising in property finance.
As head of sales, Smith will be responsible for leading and growing Mint Property Finance’s national sales team.
Paul Wertheim, operations director at Mint, expressed his confidence in Smith’s ability to play a significant role in the company’s continued national growth, saying: “We are delighted to welcome Steve to the team.
“He brings with him tremendous expertise and we are confident he will play a significant role in helping us achieve our plans for continued national growth.”

Mint Property Finance has enjoyed consistent year-on-year growth since its inception in 2011 and reported a record number of enquiries last month.
