Capricorn Financial Consultancy has opened its first office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to support the expansion of its global operations.
The new office will be led by Mark Miller, director of Capricorn’s Middle East & North Africa Region.
Alongside Dubai, Capricorn also has offices in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, as well as a dedicated China desk, ensuring it is a truly global operation.
The firm is currently supported by over 70 expert advisers who collectively speak over 20 languages fluently, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish.
Being able to provide expert support in a client’s native language has proven to be a huge advantage in growing and evolving long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
At Capricorn, all senior advisers also have the full Mortgage Diploma, the highest level of Mortgage Qualification you can obtain in the UK.
Capricorn has grown considerably since its formation in 2005, and aims to welcome 25 advisers from January to June this year.
In H2, Capricorn aims to welcome a further 15 advisers across the four offices, centring mainly in London.
Capricorn is London’s fastest growing premier mortgage broker, specializing in providing mortgage and property finance to high-net-worth clients, in the UK and internationally.
Conor Murphy, CEO and founder of Capricorn Financial Consultancy, said: “It has been incredibly rewarding to guide Capricorn’s ongoing development and expansion since founding the business almost 20 years ago.
“The team continues to offer clients an unrivalled quality of service, drawing on deep expertise of the mortgage market, and impressive language skillset.
“We are proud to have established a reputation as one of London’s premier performers in providing mortgage and property finance to high-net-worth clients and look forward to providing exceptional service to clients in Dubai.”
Mark Miller, director, Middle East & North Africa Region, Capricorn Financial Consultancy, added: “Capricorn Financial Consultancy has a goal to offer quality, bespoke mortgage advice that is tailored to the needs of our clients, and I am eager to continue to expand this offering beyond Capricorn’s roots in the UK.
“There is a strong market for property and financial advice in Dubai, and I am confident that we will be able to cater to the demands of the region’s booming real estate sector.”
