Gen H unveils new affordability calculator and redesigned criteria centre

Gen H has launched its innovative affordability calculator aimed at enhancing brokers’ ability to quickly identify suitable products for their clients.

This initiative follows the recent introduction of the company’s redesigned criteria centre, further strengthening its commitment to providing effective tools to its broker partners.

The affordability calculator, developed with input from brokers including Gen H Club members, boasts a range of advanced features such as more detailed loan sizing and the ability to review relevant products directly within the tool.

The calculator and the newly redesigned criteria centre have been launched with the aim of empowering brokers to make informed decisions for their clients, all the while simplifying the process.

These initiatives are part of Gen H’s ongoing effort to support its broker panel and to drive positive outcomes for their clients.

In May, the company expanded its panel to include over 12,000 brokers across England and Wales, making its ground-breaking tools accessible to more potential homebuyers.
