TSB makes mortgage rate changes, withdraws 10-year fixes

TSB has made alterations to its residential, product transfer, and additional borrowing mortgage ranges, revealing increases in remortgage rates and the withdrawal of 10-year fixed-rate products.

In the residential mortgage range, TSB is increasing its 3-year fixed remortgage rates by 0.65%. In addition, the bank is withdrawing its 10-year fixed-rate products for both house purchase and remortgage.

Significant changes have also been made to TSB’s product transfer offerings. Here, rates for 2- and 5-year fixed residential mortgages at a loan-to-value (LTV) of 0-90% have been increased by up to 0.80%. Alongside these changes, 10-year fixed-rate products have been removed from the portfolio.

Finally, TSB has increased rates for both the 2- and 5-year fixed residential mortgages by up to 0.80%. As with the residential and product transfer ranges, 10-year fixed-rate products have been withdrawn from the additional borrowing lineup.
