In a note to brokers Fleet Mortgages has announced changes to its fixed rate products due to the current market volatility.
The deadline for submitting full applications to secure a product from the current range has been set for 5:00pm on Wednesday, 14th June 2023.
Fleet Mortgages plans to relaunch an updated product range at 9:00am tomorrow (Thursday, 15th June 2023).
An updated Product Guide detailing these changes will be distributed later in the afternoon by the lender.
Meanwhile, Fleet has confirmed that its tracker products will remain unchanged despite the repricing of fixed rate products.
Fleet is the latest lender to be forced to reprice in the face of ongoing market volatility.
